  • 1 cup hemp milk or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup cubed pineapples or mangoes
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a blender until you obtain a homogenous creamy liquid. Try to drink this smoothie in the morning, before breakfast. Making this a habit is an excellent way to start your day by providing your body a whole range of nutritious substances and antioxidants.

As far as the ingredients go, it is important that they are organic. Also, you should avoid replacing coconut or hemp milk with cow’s milk. Instead, you may use almond milk.
