- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tablespoons milk
- a pinch of salt and ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese
- 1 slice of bread diced into small pieces
Melt the butter in the microwave for about 10 seconds, and smear some onto the walls of the cup as well. Beat the eggs and pour them into the mug, followed by the milk, a pinch of salt and pepper. Then add the vegetables you like, for example green onions, spinach or tomatoes.
