Sauerkraut juice regulates and stabilizes blood pressure. Hypotensive persons are recommended to drink a glass of sauerkraut in the morning. A few glasses of sauerkraut juice a day for several days in a row help normalize digestion and prevent constipation.
Even for a healthy person it is very beneficial to drink sauerkraut juice regularly, as it has a detoxifying effect on the body, helping to eliminate toxins.
Given the composition rich in vitamins and minerals, sauerkraut juice is especially beneficial in winter, when the body is prone to respiratory infections. Sauerkraut juice provides essential vitamins to the body and strengthens the immune system.
