Tagliatelle with carrots and zucchini


  • carrots
  • zucchini
  • tagliatelle noodles
  • oil
  • salt



Cut carrots and zucchini in strips.

Boil water with salt added. When the water is boiling, add carrots and zucchini. Boil them for a minute, and then remove them from the water and put them aside.

Bring water back to boil and add noodles. Boil for three minutes.

Strain noodles well and place them in a pan. Add the vegetables and some oil, sprinkle with your favorite spices and herbs, and heat pasta over medium fire for five minutes, stirring constantly.

Serve immediately. Optionally, sprinkle pasta with parmesan.
