You can make delicious creamy fruit ice cream without sugar, without an ice cream maker or any special ingredients.
Creamy fruit ice cream has no equal: it’s sweet enough without sugar if you add ripe bananas in a bowl.
You can make it with your favorite berry fruits, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries are particularly good. And, of course, a good thick, fatty whipped cream to bring the ingredients together softly.
Fruit ice cream with sugar-free cream
Ingredients for 6 servings
- 15 blueberries
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 2 ripe bananas
Wash the blueberries thoroughly and cut off the leaves. In a separate bowl, whip the chilled cream. Puree the fruit in a blender or with a hand blender to taste; it’s okay if some pieces stay together.
Spoon the fruit pulp into the whipped cream and gently mix. Pour it into a small bowl and place in the freezer for five hours to set.
