Pancakes with ricotta and oranges for a Sunday breakfast

Breakfast can be a wonderful experience with these delicate and irresistible pancakes.



  • 200 g flour
  • 250 g ricotta
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon orange peels


First mix dry ingredients together. Add eggs and milk, blend them in well, and then add ricotta. Heat oil in a pan, and fry the pancakes. Flip them to cook the other side when air bubbles appear on the surface of the batter, as seen in the photo.
