You won’t be discouraged anymore if you plan to make guacamole for an evening snack, and your avocados are still tough. Here’s an insanely simple trick that ripens the stubborn fruit in as little as 15 minutes.

All you will need is aluminum foil and a heat-resistant glass bowl. First, wrap each avocado into a large piece of foil, and heat up the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Then place the wrapped avocados onto the heat-resistant bowl and leave them in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

In a quarter of an hour, the fruit will be completely ripe and ready to be turned into a delicious dip, or to be cut it into thin slices and mixed with cooked shrimp, ripe mangoes, iceberg lettuce leaves and light mayonnaise sauce for a healthy dinner.
