The healthiest breakfast you can have

This recipe is the healthiest possible breakfast you can make. It contains all the necessary vitamins and it is very easy to prepare.



1 frozen banana
1/4 cup of blueberries
1/4 or 1/2 cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon ginseng powder
1 teaspoon açaí powder
1 teaspoon maqui powder
1 teaspoon camu camu powder
½ cup granola
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon goji


Puree the banana and the blueberries with a little almond milk. After you obtain a paste, add the rest of the milk. Mix in the powders, and then sprinkle on the granola, the shredded coconut, the cocoa and the goji.
