This recipe is recommended to those who are interested in pure, vegetarian foods and would like to try out something new and healthy.
- 100 g shredded coconut (some is needed for garnishing as well)
- 100 g oatmeal
- 100 g soaked raisins
- 200 ml water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla or 1 package vanilla powder
Toast the oatmeal without oil until light golden brown. Keep stirring to prevent from burning down.
Pour water over the toasted oatmeal. Add the raisins and cook until the oatmeal thickens.
Finally, stir in the honey, vanilla and shredded coconut.
Mold the dough into balls and roll the balls into shredded coconut.
