Ingredients
- 3 larger onions cut into slices
- 500 g bacon
For the breadcrumbs
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup flour
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- A little beer

Preparation
Preheat the grill. Roll two slices of bacon around each onion ring. Place the rings on the grill, and bake them thoroughly on both sides. Set them aside a little until they cool off, and then dip them into the mixture made from semolina, flour, salt, garlic powder and beer.
