A mixture that helps you quit smoking

Smoking is one of the major causes of dependence. Lots of smokers try to quit for a very long time until they manage to completely get rid of this harmful habit.

There is a recipe circulating on the Net consisting of natural ingredients, and those who tried it claim that it is highly effective. It is very simple to make, and, with a little willpower, you will manage to successfully stop smoking if you use it regularly.


  • ½ grapefruit
  • ½ orange
  • 30 ml coconut oil
  • 5 g oregano
  • 20 ml chamomile tea
  • 30 ml jojoba oil
  • 30 ml olive oil


Squeeze out the juice of the half grapefruit and the half orange, and mix them with the other ingredients in a bowl. Pour the mixture into small, well-sealed jars and carry one around with you. Use it when you feel like you want to light a cigarette by rubbing a drop underneath your nose or onto your handkerchief, and then inhaling it.
