Carolyn Anderson is a doctor practicing in the US who claims that the combination of three ingredients commonly used in the kitchen results in a medicinal product that is able to prevent the development of cancer. The preparation is very simple and the ingredients are widely available.
Dr. Anderson says that the recipe dates back about two thousand years, and it comes from the Eastern part of India. The product was recently examined by Western medicine, and it has been discovered that if a cancer patient consumes the mixture daily, the chance of full recovery greatly increases.
The three components used are turmeric, extra virgin olive oil and ground black pepper. Turmeric contains a natural and very powerful anti-inflammatory drug called curcumin.
There is scientific evidence that turmeric cures and prevents a variety of cancerous diseases, some examples being colon, prostate, brain and breast cancer. Experiments in mice demonstrated that despite the fact that the animals underwent carcinogenic chemical treatment, the formation of tumors completely stopped when they were treated with curcuma. Experts also noticed that black pepper greatly amplifies the effect of turmeric.
Mix ¼ teaspoon turmeric and ½ teaspoon olive oil and add a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
This mixture should be consumed regularly; it can even be added to salads and soups. Anderson recommends taking some of the preparation at least two or three times a day in order to be protected against one of the most feared diseases.
