To bite into a juicy cherry pie is the most comforting feeling in the world. It evokes the tastes of home, security and harmony, especially if it is served with a glass of lemonade or milk. The pie should be light, airy and full of fragrant fruit. If it is sprinkled with a bit of icing sugar, it will be even more heavenly! What’s more, even novice cooks can easily make it.
