In the introduction he uses English to tell that the video was recorded to present his knowledge of foreign languages he is able to speak at an acceptable conversational level. He can speak in a total of 19 languages; he says that there are languages that he speaks better than others.

“Hi, my name Vlado, or Vladimir. I’m from Kosice, and I speak Hungarian because I went to a Hungarian kindergarten. I am Slovak; my dad and mom are both Slovaks, but they decided that it would be good if I went to Hungarian kindergarten, because there are many Hungarians in Kosice. I think it was a very good decision, because I personally think the Hungarian language is very nice, and not too easy. So I’m very happy to have learned the language when I was little. Of course I don’t speak perfectly and I make a lot of mistakes, but I hope I’m not so terrible. Thank you very much.”
Then the boy goes on speaking Czech, Russian, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Serbian, New Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Dutch, Taiwanese and Japanese, and finally he says goodbye in Cantonese.
