Ten-minute TIRAMISU recipe

Do you love tiramisu, or you just want to make a dessert as quickly as possible for unexpected guests or your loved ones? The following recipe is ready in less than 10 minutes with minimal effort and without baking.


  • 250 ml whipped cream (as fat as possible)
  • 250 g mascarpone (at room temperature)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 vials of vanilla essence
  • 350 ml espresso / strong coffee
  • 500 g ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon amaretto or brandy (optional)


Beat the cream, sugar and vanilla with a mixer until you obtain a hard and homogeneous mixture. Add the mascarpone and – optionally – amaretto or brandy. Mix well. Soak the ladyfingers in the coffee and place a layer on the bottom of a tray (a 20 x 20 cm tray is the most suitable for the given amount of ingredients).

Smooth half of the cream over the biscuits on the tray. Repeat the process with a second layer of ladyfingers and the rest of the cream.

Sift cocoa on the second layer of cream and store the tiramisu in the fridge for 4 to 8 hours.
