Those who visit Croatia’s largest national park these days will be awed by a wonderful sight.
The lakes of Plitvice National Park have changed radically this winter, as the snow and the freezing temperatures created a fairy-tale like landscape. If you have already visited the 16 lakes in the park, you probably fell in love at the first sight. But if you have seen them in the winter, you will never be able to forget them.
Plitvice has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1979. A young man walked around this natural wonder for four and half hours, and recorded the video below.
