Ingredients
- 500 grams lamb heart, lungs, liver and kidneys
- 2 boiled eggs
- 2 raw eggs
- 1 slice of bread dipped in milk
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 parsley root
- 1 bunch dill
- 1 spoonful sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 pastry sheet
- Oil to grease the baking pan
Preparation
Cook the meat in salted water and allow it to cool. Grind the meat along with a slice of bread soaked in milk. To make your job easier, you may first cut the heart and kidney slices into smaller pieces. Add raw eggs, cream, salt, pepper and chopped green onions to the ground meat.
Mix everything well. Oil a loaf pan and spread the pastry sheet into it, leaving some to overhang the edges. Put half of the meat mixture into the pan, place two boiled eggs onto the mixture (either whole or cut in halves or quarters), and cover with the rest of the meat. Smooth the surface with a spoon and fold the edges of the pastry sheet over the meat. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Serve the meat loaf with green onions and radishes.
