Almond milk is a healthy and delicious alternative to cow’s milk. It’s low in fat, and it can be used in any diet. In addition, it is not at all complicated to prepare.
To prepare 1 liter of almond milk you will need:
• 1 cup almonds
• 10 dates
• 1 liter water
Step 1: Soak almonds in water for at least 12 hours.
Step 2: In a blender, combine the almonds, the dates and the water and blend them well.
Step 3: Strain the mixture. You will obtain a liquid the same color and texture as that of cow’s milk.
