Charlie the homeless dog’s second chance at life after an incredible makeover

Sometimes a makeover is for vanity, but for Charlie the shelter dog, a makeover meant the difference between life and death.

The terrier mix pup, found on the side of the road, was in a Los Angeles high-kill shelter, where quick adoption and appearance matter. When he arrived at the shelter earlier this year, he was covered in dirt and had painful matted hair.

Fortunately for Charlie, the people at Hollywood Grooming were there to step in and make him shine.
