Raw vegan breakfast with banana and caramel

Caramelo Romance breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2-3 teaspoons cocoa
  • A dash of Himalayan salt
  • 10 dates to obtain the caramel-like topping

Preparation:

1. Remove the pits of the dates, wash them well and soak them in lukewarm water for 1 hour.

2. Crush the dates in a blender in the water they soaked in, until you obtain a fine, creamy texture.

3. Add 2-3 teaspoons of cocoa and a dash of salt, and blend for another 30 seconds.

4. Place a layer of banana slices onto a plate, and pour the date paste over the bananas, sprinkling them with the flax seeds.
