This very efficient composition is made of two very affordable ingredients that can be found in any supermarket: baking soda and coconut oil, both substances being extremely good for treating skin problems.
Baking soda and coconut oil are both natural ingredients, so they are safe for your skin, whereas commercially available facial products are loaded with harmful chemicals.
What to do:
The first thing you do before starting the treatment is to determine your skin type. It is also important to decide what you will use the treatment for. If your skin is very sensitive, combine coconut oil and baking soda in proportions of 2: 1 (2 tablespoons coconut oil, one teaspoon of baking soda). If you use it for exfoliation, mix the two ingredients in 1:1 proportion.
The method of preparation is very simple:
Mix the two ingredients and apply them on your face. If you want to use the mixture as a mask for deep cleansing, leave it on for a few minutes. Rinse with warm water after application.
