This recipe requires very simple ingredients, but it is absolutely amazing!
Nowadays many titles claim something to be “the best”, and sometimes we let ourselves be deceived into trying out recipes that prove to be a fluke. We probably should only believe in those recipes that are recommended by a friend or family member, because they themselves have tried them out successfully. This recipe was a recommendation that turned out to be worth the effort – everybody loved it!
Ingredients
• 300 g chocolate
• 200 g butter
• 4 tablespoons milk
• 180 g sugar
• 5 eggs
• 4 tablespoons flour
Preparation
Melt the chocolate over steam and stir in the milk. Take the pan off the heat and add the butter cut into small pieces. Allow the mixture to slightly cool and then add the egg yolks one by one. Finally, add the flour. Beat up the egg whites and add them to the mixture too.
Bake the cake at 180°C in a buttered cake pan for about 35 minutes. If baked for this amount of time, the cake will be crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. If you bake the cake for small children, you can leave it in the oven longer so the inside will turn less soft, and the smear factor will be reduced.
