This bread looks mouth-watering, and it is just as delicious. The recipe serves 6-8 people.
- 1 smaller bread
- 100 g ripe cheddar cheese
- 100 g mozzarella
- 70 g melted butter
- 4-5 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds and flax seeds mixture
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the bread lengthwise and across using a sharp knife as if you were slicing it, but don’t cut all the way down to the crust.
Place the bread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Mix the chopped onions with the butter and the seeds. Place the slices of cheese into the slits you have cut into the bread and pour on the butter mixture. Cover the bread with aluminum foil and bake it for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
