This special recipe is a nutritious and sweet dessert suitable for small children too.
Ingredients
- 500 g sweet cheese
- 120 g cream of wheat
- 1 egg
- 200 mL sour cream
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil
- Powdered sugar
- Salt
Preparation
Crumble the sweet cheese and mix it well with the cream of wheat, the egg yolks and a dash of salt. Keep the mixture in the fridge for several hours until the cream of wheat is soaked. Then whisk the egg whites and mix them loosely to the sweet cheese mixture. Shape the dumplings with wet hands, cook them in boiling water and roll them into fried breadcrumbs. Pour on some smooth sour cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
