It’s difficult to decide what Bruno Ribeiro’s project Real Life Instagram is all about. Is it only meant to entertain people in London? Is it an ironic representation of the fact that sooner or later we will be able to see and show reality only through filters? Is it a clever marketing trick that is meant to call attention to art, but at the same time it wants to less something? Is it all of thse, or something completely different?
Perhaps there is no need for explanation and it’s enough to enjoy the photos, as much as the lucky ones enjoy the randomly placed filters. Riberio’s specially created Tumblr page contains even more photos, and if you think it’s worth it, you can follow the artist’s Instagram profile as well.
