What can be more pleasant on a hot summer day than cooling yourself down with a flavorful ice cream? This recipe is for a perfectly natural dessert, very healthy and incredibly tasty. It is impossible to decide which flavor is the best of the lot, so probably you should try out every single one!

Ingredients
Strawberry ice cream
• 1 cup of caju soaked for 4 hours
• 2 cups strawberries, washed
• 3 tablespoons crystallized honey
Chocolate ice cream
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 tablespoon cocoa
• the juice of ½ orange
• 1 tablespoon crystallized honey
• ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
• 1 dash of salt
Mango ice cream
• 1 ripe mango
• 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Preparation
Strawberry ice cream: throw the caju nuts into an s-blade blender and crush them well. Add the strawberries and mix again. Place the mixture into the freezer for 2 hours.
Chocolate ice cream: clean the avocado and cut it into cubes. Mix them together with the other ingredients in a blender. Freeze the mixture for 2 hours.
Mango ice cream: clean the mango, cut it into cubes and puree it in a blender. Freeze for 2 hours.
Whet the ice creams are ready, distribute them into small cups and decorate.
