Are you prepared for the hot summer afternoons? On these days you shouldn’t stay indoors, but you can’t sit in the glaring sun either. However, you may enjoy the weather underneath a large tree along with your children. Here’s an idea to surprise your little ones, and turn a summer afternoon into great fun time.
Probably every child is swept off their feet if you offer them some diluted soap, so they can blow bubbles, and the bigger bubbles they can blow, the happier they are. The best thing about this idea is that it doesn’t cost a lot of money, and it can be prepared at home.
What you will need:
- 230 ml liquid dish soap
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch or guar gum powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 16 cups water
- Two sticks
- Some string
- An object to serve as weight
Procedure:
Mix the basic ingredients and add water. Mix everything again well.
Now, you can make the bubble blowing frame. Fasten the string to the two ends of the sticks, and use the weight as seen in the video to make a triangle.
Now, all you need to do is dip the frame into the mixture and the fun can begin, which will probably amaze even grown-ups.
