An exotic fruit salad is a preferred dessert of those who like Mediterranean flavors. It has a small alcohol content coming from white wine and vodka, and rum essence.

Ingredients
- 3 melons
- 1 can exotic fruits
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tangerine
- 1 banana
- 150 ml quality white wine
- 30 ml vodka
- 5-6 drops rum flavor
- Whipped topping
Preparation
Choose two well-ripen melons. Cut them in halves to make 4 cups. If they don’t stand in the proper position, cut off some skin from the base. Scoop out the seeds.
Peel the third melon and cut its flesh into cubes. In a bowl, mix the exotic canned fruit, the sliced banana, the cubed kiwi, the tangerine slices, the melon cubes, the wine, the vodka and the rum essence. Allow about 15 minutes for the juices to mix, and then distribute the fruits into the melon cups. Serve the fruit salad cold decorated with whipped topping.
