Exercise to boost your self confidence

It is widely known nowadays that the human body is completely covered in nerve endings, energy centres and reflex points. These are just as indispensable as the blood vessels, the health, cleanliness and easy penetration of which are indispensable.

If the energy flow is blocked, the result will be discomfort and even disease down the road. Fortunately now we know that these blockage points can be dissolved with an external impact, whether by pressure, acupuncture or various exercises.

Low self-esteem may also be the result of such an energy block, as energy which vitalizes the human body suffers blockage here and there. How can we move forward with courage and confidence if the energy field surrounding us doesn’t permit this?

By doing the simple series of exercises below, you can affect energy points and meridians that will cause the brain to generate more self-confidence.

1. Lean forward and gently pinch your Achilles’ tendons 10-12 times.

2. Gently pinch the area behind your knees 10-12 times, or tap them with the blades of your hands.

3. Place your right palm onto your left shoulder. Bend your left arm to a 90 degree angle and make a fist. In this position, make forward circles with your whole left arm starting with your shoulder, making sure to move your shoulder, too. Once done, do circles backwards as well.

4. Do the same exercise using your right arm.

This simple two-minute routine works even if you don’t believe in it; of course, the effect is much bigger if you do. It is recommended to do the exercises every morning before you start the day, or in the evening before you go to bed. In the meantime, imagine that you are confident, full of energy and vitality. You can imagine this in a general sense or in concrete situations, in which you would like to regain your self-confidence.
