The recipe is a cross between corn salad and stuffed eggs. A very good pairing.
Ingredients
- 5 boiled eggs
- 1 can of corn
- 100 ml sour cream
- 200 ml mayonnaise
- A little mustard
- Salt and pepper
- A handful of fresh dill
Preparation
Peel the eggs and cut them into halves. Mix the yolks with the mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard and season with salt, pepper and fresh dill. Mix the corn with half the mayonnaise and fill the eggs. Spread the remaining mayonnaise at the bottom of a bowl and arrange the stuffed eggs on top.
