This drink is rich in vitamins A, C and E, which, along with beta carotene, protect us from damage caused by free radicals, and they also may prevent eye problems that will occur with aging, protecting the retina. Sometimes we may also mix some cranberry juice in the cocktail to maintain sharp eyesight.
Ingredients
- 3-4 apples
- 3-4 carrots
To add occasionally:
- fresh cranberry juice
- fresh blackberry juice
- fresh currant juice
Clean the carrots and the apples. Squeeze out their juices separately – you will obtain about 100 ml juice of each from the above quantities. Mix the two juices and enjoy. From time to time, you can add vitamin C rich seasonal fruit juices to the basic apple-carrot juice.
