Chocolate brownies are probably one of the most delicious sweets in the word. Here’s a great triple-layered brownie recipe.
Ingredients
170 g cream cheese
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoon milk
1 cup melted butter
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
3 eggs
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa
1 and ¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chocolate broken into small pieces
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, peanut butter, ¼ cup sugar, an egg and the milk. In another bowl, mix melted butter with 2 cups of sugar and the vanilla. Add the remaining eggs one by one and mix them in well. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt, add the dry ingredients to the butter mix, and then stir in the chocolate pieces as well. Butter a pan and pour in all but half a cup of the chocolate mixture. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the first layer, smooth it down, and then pour the half cup remaining chocolate mix on the top of the second layer unevenly for an interesting texture. Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes.
