An excellent recipe that can be served at a party or as a hors d’oeuvre, chicken breasts with paprika are delicious because of the marinade used to flavor them.
- 2 pieces of chicken breast cut in approx. 2.5 cm cubes
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 hot pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients together, and marinate chicken breasts in them for 2 hours.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chicken pieces at low heat for 10-15 minutes or until cooked. Serve them cold with a side of picada sauce or salsa.
