We have seen a lot of touching wedding videos, but this is probably the most emotional of them all.
When Mariah Carey‘s song “Hero” starts playing, the groom leads his wheelchair-bound mother to the dancing floor, kneels beside her, and they dance together holding hands. It is unbelievable how much love, pain and belonging is expressed in the dance.
The mother suffers from ALS disease, and as a result her muscles have atrophied, so she has been wheelchair-bound for many years. However, her son, Luke gave her the most beautiful present of dancing together at his wedding.
As the camera focuses on the bride, she is visibly deeply touched: she crumples her dress and her tears are flowing. Probably it was one of the most beautiful moments of her life to be able to see Luke, and also to see how important it is for him to have a last dance with his mother before she dies.
