Ingredients
1 apple, seed-free and chunked up (if we use bio apples, it’s not necessary to peel them, as their skin contains lots of vitamins)
2 dl allpe juice
1 medium-size carrot, peeled and sliced
½ medium size English cucumber, peeled, de-seeded and sliced
3 pcs ice cubes
Procedure
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix them well. If the drink is too thick, add 1-2 dl water.
