A facial scrub can produce miracles. After it, skin is revived: it becomes smooth, clean, soft and wonderful.
You don’t need to spend big money to have a beautician scrub your skin, or to buy products full of chemicals. Instead, you may prepare your cheap and entirely natural facial scrub.
I have found out the fantastic benefits of homemade facial scrubs when I started experimenting at random: I mixed cornmeal and olive oil into a paste, and started rubbing it on my face over the sink (I didn’t want to cover the floor in cornmeal) until my skin became soft and full of vitality. At that point I realized that the same procedure can be performed with sugar as well.
Let’s see what other kinds of masks we can make at home.
Baking soda against blackheads: in a small bowl, mix two spoonfuls of fine salt, one spoonful of baking soda and two spoonfuls of olive oil. Rub the mixture on our skin with circular motions, keep it on for a few minutes, and then wash it off with lukeworm water.
Coffee on dry skin: Mix one spoonful of honey, one teaspoon olive oil, 1.5 spoonful coffee grounds and rub mixture on skin. Any remaining mixture can be rubbed on the cleavage as well. Keep mixture on for a few minutes, then wash it off.
Tomato and sugar facial scrub: squish a well-ripened tomato, mix it with a spoonful of sugar and smooth it ove our face. Tomatoes contain antioxidants, so they can fight wrinkles.
