Her husband approves the idea
Although having had an impressive career as a model, 31 year old Elliott Sailors struggles with a decreasing number of contracts. She recently needed to face the fact that she is becoming too old for the modeling business. Nevertheless, she would like to continue her profession, if not as a female, than as a male model. Her husband supported her in this decision.
Because her face is androgynous enough, she only had to have her hair cut in a manly style. Her idea was inspired by Casey Legler’s example, who also was a woman, but she became successful as a male model.
‘I have never regretted my decision. I stood up for something that is possible not only for me but for others as well. I stood up for self-expression, transformation and freedom’, declared Sailors.
