Cinnamon rolls might be one of the best memories of your childhood. Today we are going to show you a very special version of it.
Ingredients
For the bun
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2.5 teaspoons yeast
For the cream
- 100 g sweet cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix well with a hand blender and then allow it to rest until you prepare the cream. After that, roll up the dough, cut it into slices and place the buns into a buttered pan. Bake them for about 15 minutes until they turn golden brown.
Pour the cream onto the buns as soon as you remove them from the oven and they are still hot. This way the buns will soften and will soak up the cream.
