This is one of the most delicious-looking donuts we have ever seen. Donuts are usually fried in lots of oil, but the recipe below can become the favorite of many of us. These donuts won’t drip oil, as they are baked in an oven, and they are healthier.
Ingredients:
- 160 g flour
- 50 g powdered sugar
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 egg
- 250 g cranberries
Preparation:
First, mix the dry ingredients. Then combine the eggs, the yogurt and the vanilla, and add the mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix well, and add the cranberries as well.
Spoon the mixture into a donut pan and bake the donuts in an oven preheated to 119° for about 12 minutes, until they turn golden brown. When they are done, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
