This drink is a very delicious vitamin bomb especially useful in the winter.
Ingredients for two servings
- 1 banana
- 1 red apple
- 1 large handful of spinach
- a few drops of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey (can be omitted)
- 1 pinch cinnamon to taste
- 20-30 ml water
Preparation
Place the greens, the peeled and cubed apple and the sliced banana in a blender. Add the lemon juice and a little honey and cinnamon, and pour in some cold water. Blend the mixture until creamy. If it is too thick, you can add some more water and blend again. Serve the smoothie immediately.
