Even a bell pepper can create problems if we don’t know how to clean and cut it properly, let alone when we have to clean a lot of them for canning, for example.
It may come useful to learn something about how we should cut a pepper with maximum efficiency, and how not to discard more than necessary of this vegetable full of vitamins.
First, cut off the two ends of the pepper, and then cut the pepper horizontally. Carefully cut out the soft interior containing the seeds and discard. Next, remove the tail by pressing it in the middle, and the pepper is ready to be cut in cubes or strips and added to foods. Peppers should be used frequently for their content of vitamins.
