We don’t need to buy expensive miracle mouth washes; we can solve the problem easily with a much cheaper solution.
Bad breath may be caused by lifestyle choices (smoking, drinking alcohol, unhealthy diet), but “normal” bad breath, not caused by these risk factors can be eliminated easily. All you need is a little baking soda, some salt and water.
What to do?
Dilute a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and add a pinch of salt. Rinse your mouth several times. Don’t swallow the solution.

It not only supresses bad breath, but it also kills bacteria that are responsible for the unpleasant mouth odor. Of course, there are many other solutions to the problem: we can drink green tea, chew on cloves, or eat a wedge of lemon. It is also imperative to drink a lot of water. We can have bad breath for many reasons without being able to notice it. Don’t wait until a family member or a friend warns you!
