A young American programmer from Atlanta has invented a drink that comprises all nutritious substances found in a healthy meal, including vitamins and minerals. Daily Mail cites the inventor mentioning that the drink has an excellent taste, and he simply can’t get bored of it.

The beverage contains vitamins, minerals, amino acids, glucose, fats and all the other components necessary to maintain vitality. Besides, in order to improve the health of the consumers, it also contains antioxidants and probiotics.

Ingredients in the “all-in-one” drink

The basic ingredients in the drink are the following: carbohydrates (200g), protein (50 g), fats (65 g), sodium (2.4 g), potassium (3.5 g), chlorine (3.4 g), fibers (5 g), calcium (1 g), iron (18 mg), iodine (150 mg), magnesium (400 mg), zinc (15 mg), selenium (70 micrograms), copper (2 mg), manganese (2 mg), chromium (120 micrograms), molybdenum (75 mg), vitamin A (5000 UI), vitamin B6 (2 mg), vitamin B12 (6 mg), vitamin C (60 mg), vitamin D (400 UI), vitamin E (30 UI), vitamin K (80 mg), thiamine (1.5 mg), riboflavin (1,7 mg), niacin (20 mg), acid folic (400 mcg), biotin (300 mcg), pantothenic acid (10 mg).

Supplementary ingredients to maintain health: (500 mg), omega-3 fatty acids (750 mg), ginseng (50 micrograms), ginkgo biloba (100 mg), lutein (500 mcg), alpha-carotene (140 mg), vanadium (100 micrograms).
