If you try the following cure, you can lose weight relatively fast; however, if you are struggling with any illness, you should ask your doctor for advice before you begin to drink lemonade as a cure.

It is also important that you start a lighter diet before starting your cure, eating more vegetables and less meat and bread.

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons, grade B, organic maple syrup
  • A dash of Cayenne pepper
  • 300 ml spring water

Application

1. Drink every morning, for 6 days, 2-3 cups of lukewarm, slightly salty water to cleanse your colon. Add 2 tablespoons of sea salt to 1 liter of water.

2. Half an hour after drinking the salty water, drink a glass of lukewarm lemonade. It detoxifies your body and energizes you.

3. Drink as much lemonade as possible between meals; use organic maple syrup as a sweetener.

4. Drink 4-9 cups of lemonade every day.

5. Meal times should be strictly observed: for example breakfast always at 9, and similarly strict times for lunch and dinner.

6. The diet shouldn’t last for more than 14 days and shouldn’t be repeated before 6 months.

7. Don’t eat sweets, processed food, white flour, sugar, fast food, and sugary soft drink.

8. Mostly eat and drink fruits, vegetables, natural juices and light, low-calorie foods containing little salt.

9. Don’t drink from lemonade while eating, only 10 minutes after a meal.

10. You shouldn’t eat more than 1,000 calories per day, but you should have a day when you only eat 700 calories.

11. After completing the diet, you may consume 1500 calories a day for a week and 1600 calories per day for the next week, to prevent sudden weight gain.

12. After 10 days of diet, you can have light soups, steamed meat and a small amount of sweets.

13. Persons with digestive disorders shouldn’t try this diet.
