Radish salad recipe

Let’s make a delicious and fresh salad that is full of vitamins.

Slice 8-10 red radishes or a similar amount of white or black radishes. Add 4 tablespoons of olive oils, a dash of salt, the juice of a lemon, 2 peeled and finely chopped tomatoes, a pinch of ground pepper, half a chopped onion and some crushed mint. Mix the ingredients well and store the salad in the fridge for an hour. It goes well with any food, but it tastes the best by itself.
