Homemade peach syrup

Ingredients

  • 5 kg thoroughly washed organic fruit
  • 5.5 l water
  • 1 kg sugar
  • A dash of salycil
  • Lemon juice to taste

Preparation

Mix the peeled and pitted fruit with the sugar. Add the water and the lemon juice, and boil the mixture until the foam evaporates. Allow it to cool and the pour it into bottles.
