Ingredients
3 eggs
3 slices of ham
mozarella
dill
salt
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Whisk the eggs well, cut ham into cubes, grate the cheese and chop up dill. Mix all ingredients and add a dash of salt. Heat up oil in a pan and pour in the mixture. Let the omelet brown on one side, and then turn it for the other side to brown as well. Serve it with mixed canned vegetables.
