Green Tea and Berries Smoothie

Ingredients:

6 bags of green tea
1 1/2 cup water
2 cups mixed frozen berries
1/4 banana
3 tablespoons honey

Procedure:

Prepare green tea beforehand by infusing the 6 teabags in 11/2 cups of boiling water for 3 minutes. Let the tea cool down and keep it cold for 2-3 hours. Then, in a blender, mix tea with the berries, banana and honey.

How to serve:

Serve the smoothie at once or refrigerate it; decorate it with fresh mint leaves. The amount of ingredients given makes 3 servings.
