The following recipe is special because a lot of garlic and marinated peppers have been added to the burger.
- 1 ½ kg ground meat
- finely crushed garlic
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup grated cheese
- peppers pickled in brine
Preparation: Preheat the grill to medium temperature. In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, spices, garlic and butter. Add the peppers and some of the pickling juice to the mixture as well, and then shape the patties. Leave a hole in the middle of the patties, so they can cook through faster.
Grill both sides of the patties until nicely browned, and then sprinkle them with cheese, and keep grilling them until the cheese melts. Serve the hamburgers with fried onion rings.
