Lifestyle in the civilized countries has sped up so much that sometimes we don’t have time even for simple rituals like eating a hearty breakfast, which is, as it is well known, the most important meal of the day. If you don’t have time even for breakfast, how can you make time for delicious desserts?
Here’s a great recipe that can help you save time, but it also will appeal to your taste buds.
- 1 slice toast
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey or sugar
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup milk
in a cup, mix the egg, the sour cream, the butter and the milk. Break the toast in halves and dip the pieces into the mixture. Sprinkle on some cinnamon and heat for 1–1.20 minutes in the microwave.
Serve the French toast with maple syrup.
